Q: I want to sign up with FORWARD by revolve, but I am worried about unwanted e-mail spam.
A: There is no need to worry. Your information will never be disclosed to third parties, and the only e-mails you will ever receive will be from us. If you don't wish to receive e-mails from us, simply send e-mail to service@forwardforward.com.

Q: I placed items in my cart. What will my final total be?
A: For non-California residents, what you see is what you get. Your final total will be the total shown on your cart. For California residents, simply add 8.25% tax to get your final total.

Q: I have a promotion code. Where do I use this to lower my total?
A: The third step in the checkout process, "Delivery & Promotions", has a field entitled "Promotional Code". Enter your code here, and click on the "Submit" link, and your total will be updated. To complete your order, click on the button "Place My Order".

Q: At what point in the checkout process is my order final and my credit card charged?
A: At the end of the third step, "Delivery & Promotions", there is a button "Place My Order". Clicking on this button finalizes your order. Of course, you may cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped by notifying us by email or phone.
