Chiffon Organza Dress

New York-based designer Frank Tell is known for injecting elements of film, dance, music, painting, and photography into his designs. Tell, who learned to design and sew at his grandmother's tailor shop, got his start in fashion while working with the CFDA-nominated collective ThreeAsFor before moving on to work with designer Sue Temp. In 2007, the Spanish-born designer launched his eponymous line with a collection inspired by '20s-era icons like Josephine Brooks and artwork by Georgia O'Keefe and Ross Bleckner.
